Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use our website at unfilteredminds.co.uk (the "Website"), sign up for a free resource, our emails or the AuDHD Unfiltered waitlist, join AuDHD Unfiltered, buy a digital product from us, or attend one of our webinars.
You agree to these terms when you tick the box that says you agree to them, when you pay for anything from us, or when you use the Website. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Website or our products.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data. It is a separate document.
2. Who we are
We are Unfiltered Minds Ltd ("Unfiltered Minds", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. Our company number is 16573078 and our registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
You can contact us by email at info@unfilteredminds.co.uk.
3. Using our website
- You can use the Website for free, for your own personal use.
- You must not copy, sell or republish content from the Website without our written permission.
- You must not try to damage the Website, interfere with how it works or get into parts of it you are not meant to access.
- The Website contains links to other websites, such as Instagram, TikTok and our payment and community platforms. We are not responsible for those websites or their content.
- We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free from errors.
4. Free resources & emails
- You must be 16 or over to sign up for a free resource, our emails or the AuDHD Unfiltered waitlist.
- When you sign up for a free resource, we email it to you. Free resources are for your own personal use. You must not sell them, share the files publicly or present them as your own work.
- We only send you marketing emails if you tick the box to say you want them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
- Joining the waitlist is free. It does not commit you to buying a membership.
5. AuDHD Unfiltered membership
5.1 Joining
- AuDHD Unfiltered is an online membership community hosted on Circle. You must be 18 or over to join.
- There are two tiers: Tier 1 (Low Lift) and Tier 2 (Full Access). What is included in each tier is listed on the Website when you join.
- You join, pay and manage your membership through Circle. Your contract for the membership is with us. Circle's own terms also apply to your use of the Circle platform.
5.2 Prices & payment
- The current prices are shown on the Website and at checkout. You can pay monthly or yearly.
- Your membership renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and you are charged again at that point, until you cancel.
- If a payment fails, we may pause your access until the payment is made.
- If we change our standard prices, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. If you do not want to pay the new price, you can cancel before it applies.
5.3 Founding member price
- The founding member price is available for Tier 2 (Full Access) for a limited time when the membership first opens.
- If you join at the founding member price, you keep that price for as long as your membership stays active, even if our standard prices go up.
- If you cancel, or your membership ends because a payment fails and is not made, you lose the founding member price. If you join again later, you pay the standard price at that time.
5.4 Reduced price
- If your income is under £25,000 a year, you can apply for a reduced price for Tier 2 (Full Access).
- The reduced price lasts for your first 6 months if you pay monthly, or your first year if you pay yearly. After that, your membership moves to the standard price, and we email you before this happens.
- When you apply, you confirm that your income is under £25,000 a year. We do not ask for proof. Please only apply if this is true.
5.5 Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time in your Circle account settings, or by emailing us.
- When you cancel, you are not charged again. You keep access until the end of the month or year you have already paid for.
5.6 Your 14-day cancellation right & refunds
The law usually gives you 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. When you join AuDHD Unfiltered, you ask for your access to start straight away. As soon as you join, your downloads are yours and most of your tier opens straight away. At checkout, you agree that your access starts straight away and that you lose your 14-day cancellation right once it does.
If you decide within 24 hours of joining that it is not the right fit, email us at info@unfilteredminds.co.uk and we will refund you.
After 24 hours, all sales are final. This means there are no refunds for any membership period you have already paid for, including the rest of a month or year after you cancel.
5.7 Ending a membership
We can suspend or end your membership if you seriously or repeatedly break the community guidelines in section 9. If we do this, we will tell you why. If we end your membership when you have not broken these terms, we will refund any part of a period you have paid for and not received.
6. Digital products
This section applies when you buy a digital product from us, such as a Notion template.
6.1 Buying
- The price is shown on the product's sales page. You pay through a secure payment link provided by our bank, Tide. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Your purchase is confirmed when your payment goes through.
- We send your access link to the email address you gave when you paid, within 24 hours. If you have not received it by then, check your spam folder and then email us.
6.2 What you can & cannot do with it
- You can use the product for yourself and for your own business.
- You can change your own copy of it however you like.
- You must not share your access link, give or sell copies to anyone else, or sell or give away the product (or a version of it) as your own.
6.3 Your 14-day cancellation right & refunds
When you buy a digital product, you ask for it straight away and agree that you lose your 14-day cancellation right once we send you your access link. This means there are no refunds once you have your access link.
If the product does not work as described, for example the link does not work or the template is broken, email us. We will fix it or send you a working version. If we cannot do that within a reasonable time, we will refund you.
7. Webinars & live sessions
- We send joining links to the email address you register with. Please do not share your link.
- We may record webinars and live sessions and share the recording with people who registered or with members. If your camera or microphone is on, or you write in the chat, you may appear in the recording. You can keep your camera and microphone off.
- If we need to move or cancel a webinar, we will email you. If you paid for it, you can choose a new date or a full refund.
- We may remove anyone who is abusive or disruptive during a session.
8. This is not medical, therapy or nutrition advice
Steph is psychology-informed, but she is not a clinician, a therapist, a nutritionist or a dietitian. Everything we share, including on the Website, in our emails, in our free resources, in AuDHD Unfiltered, in our digital products and in our webinars, comes from lived experience and the tools that worked for her.
It is not medical, therapeutic or nutritional advice, and it is not a replacement for professional support. If you need medical or mental health support, please speak to your GP or a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, call 999 or contact Samaritans on 116 123.
9. Community guidelines
AuDHD Unfiltered works because it is a safe place. As a member, you agree to:
- Be kind and respectful to other members, including when you disagree.
- Keep what other members share inside the community. Do not screenshot, copy or share their posts, names or stories outside it.
- Not post anything that is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, sexual or illegal.
- Not sell, advertise or promote your own products or services, or send members unrequested sales messages, unless a space is set up for that.
- Not give medical or clinical advice to other members.
We can remove any post that breaks these guidelines.
10. Our content
We own, or have permission to use, all the content on the Website and in our resources, membership, products and webinars, including text, images, videos, templates and The Reclaim Method. You can use it for your own personal use, and for your own business where section 6 allows. You must not copy, sell, share or republish it, or use it to create your own course, product or programme, without our written permission.
11. Our responsibility to you
- We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen when we made our contract.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
- Our products are for personal use. If you use them for business purposes, we are not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
- If a digital product we supply damages a device or digital content belonging to you, and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as a platform outage, internet failure, illness or extreme weather. If this happens, we will tell you as soon as we can and do what we reasonably can to reduce the delay.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. If you are a member and we make a change that affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not agree to the change, you can cancel before it applies.
14. Complaints & contact
If you are unhappy with anything, please email us at info@unfilteredminds.co.uk. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
